Details:

I've played on the gtk-client and was used to the hotkey "H" to change a units
homecity. Shortly I've tried out the sdl-client version 2.5.6 on Windows Vista
(I know, it's an old OS) x86 an while playing a game I noticed, I can't change
a units homecity to the ones, in which it is! Hotkey was useless and there was
no yellow button to change the homecity. Through the city info frame, I opend
up another frame about this unit. I've pressed the "Set Homecity" button, and
it stuck. I just could close the city info frame, which closed the unit frame
too. As I reopened the city info frame, there was no supported unit and even a
turn later the same. I think, I've tried everything with the unit (moving
right into the city, prepared with all movement points, etc...), but nothing
worked. Forgive me, if I didn't saw an option and write it.

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #25627 (project freeciv):

I couldn't reproduce the problem. "Set Homecity" button in citydlg worked just
fine, for a unit built in another city (initial units free of homecity can't
be assigned to one as nobody would intentionally want to do that - pay upkeep
for a unit when it can be kept free of upkeep)
