Details:

It's quite likely that the player gets their first technology from a hut
rather than by their own research. The message (which mainly advises what to
do next) seems appropriate for any tech acquisition, not just research
(although it'll need some minor rewording).

tech_researched_callback() explicitly filters out non-research reasons. Been
like this since this was added to the tutorial scenario in r10485 (2005).
